1. PICK UP TIME* (drop off at airport/cruise or other destination)
Please note that your ride may be brought forward by 15 minutes due to our planning. If we need to bring your ride forward, we will call you the evening before your ride between 19:00 and 21:00 to let you know. Furthermore, you should always be ready 15 minutes before the start of your ride so that the driver can leave on time. If you are not ready and the driver has to wait, a waiting rate will apply (see waiting rate).
2. CHECK TRIP DATA
Check the above trip details, such as your pick-up time, address, and mobile number(s). If you need to be picked up from the airport, also check the arrival date in the Netherlands, landing time, and flight number. If your return trip details do not match what you have provided and what is stated on this receipt, your trip will be rescheduled. If you take a different flight for the return trip than you have provided, you must inform us as soon as possible. If you do not do this and the driver is waiting for you on the wrong day or time, your trip will be cancelled, and no refund will be made.
3. CHILD SEATS
If you have reserved a child seat, it is possible that the waiting time at the airport may be slightly longer than standard, this is due to the special collection of your seat.
MAXI-COSY (TYPE 1 is for a baby no older than 13 months)
CHILD SEAT (TYPE 2 from 13 months up to a height of 1.35 meters) and
BOOSTER (TYPE 3 height from 1.35 meters).
4. ANIMALS IN THE TAXI
If you want to take your pet, such as a dog/cat with you, this is only possible in a taxi van. For small animals, you must transport your pet in a travel bag, and for a large animal, in a kennel. If you take a pet with you that you have not reported, it is possible that your ride will not be carried out. If you have already paid for your ride, you will lose your money, and there will be no refund.
5. HAND LUGGAGE (business travel with a Privium pass or Business Class)
If you travel in business class or have a Privium pass and only take hand luggage and no hold luggage, then we have a waiting time of 30 min. after landing time from Schiphol Airport. And 15 min. after landing time from Rotterdam Airport. You must clearly indicate this when making your reservation. If you do not indicate this, the normal waiting time applies.
6. ASSISTANCE or IMMIGRATION– pick up from airport
If you have special assistance at Schiphol, you must inform us of this, and you will be picked up 1.5 hours after landing time. If you have not informed us of this and the driver is waiting for you, the waiting rate will apply after 1 hour (see waiting rate). If you arrive at Schiphol and first must pass Immigration, the waiting time will also be 1.5 hours after landing time. If you have not informed us of this and the driver is waiting for you, the waiting rate will apply after 1 hour (see waiting rate).
7. EATING AND DRINKING IN THE TAXI IS PROHIBITED
For safety and cleanliness reasons, it is forbidden to eat and drink in the taxi. If you do this and you leave the taxi dirty or food/traces behind, a surcharge of €25 will be charged. You must pay this amount directly to the driver.
8. WAITING RATE
The waiting rate is €10 per 15 minutes and must be paid immediately to the driver by means of a payment request or in cash.
9. ADMINISTRATION COSTS
If you cancel your taxi on time or you have given an incorrect date/time and we cannot carry out the ride, you will receive your paid ride back minus administration costs. If you want to make changes after you have placed your reservation, e.g., number of people or number of luggage, different date or time, you will also pay administration costs. The administration costs are €15 per booking.
10. PICK UP (SCHIPHOL AIRPORT) DEPARTURE 3C – 1st floor
After approximately 1 hour of actual landing time, your driver will be waiting for you at Departure Hall 3C at Schiphol Airport. If you have any problems with your luggage (theft/missing), you must report this. If we cannot reach you by telephone and the baggage belt is empty, the driver will leave. Therefore, always contact the Central Office to report if you are not at Departure Hall 3C after 1 hour. Any costs you may incur for another taxi/train will then be entirely at your expense.
After 1 hour and 15 minutes after your flight has landed at Schiphol, a waiting rate will apply (see waiting rate).
11. PICK UP (ROTTERDAM-AIRPORT) K+R
After approximately 30 minutes of actual landing time, your driver will be waiting for you at the K+R pick-up point at Rotterdam Airport. If you do not see the driver, please contact the Central. After 1 hour after your flight has landed at Rotterdam Airport, a waiting fee will be charged (see waiting fee).
12. PICK UP (Eindhoven Airport/Zaventem and Düsseldorf)
The pickup time for these destinations is the same as for Schiphol Airport. The agreed location is the P1 arrivals hall. The driver must go through the barrier to get to the parking lot and can only enter and exit for free for 15 minutes. That is why it is important that you inform the driver by phone when you are at the agreed location.
13. PICK UP (Cruise Terminal)
The driver will be there at the specified time to pick you up. The agreed pick-up location is the same as the drop off location.
14. DELAY or landed early
If your flight lands earlier than planned, we will try to adjust your ride and pick you up earlier, but if this is not possible due to our planning, we will keep to the planned landing time. If your flight is delayed, the original pick-up time will shift with the delay. If your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, your ride will be rescheduled. In this case, call the Central to ask what time you will be picked up approximately.
15. CUSTOMS 100%
With 100% customs checks at Schiphol, all passengers and their baggage from certain high-risk flights, such as those from Suriname, Venezuela, and the former Netherlands Antilles, are subject to extra intensive checks by customs. If you are arriving on one of these flights, the waiting time of 1 hour after landing time does not apply. You must call us when you have your baggage and have passed through the GATE, so not when you are at customs or baggage claim. Our driver will only leave then to pick you up. As soon as the driver arrives at Schiphol, he will call you. You must wait at Departure Hall 3, exit door C. If you are not ready and the driver still has to wait for you, a waiting fee will apply (see waiting fee).
16. FORCE MAJEURE
If we are unable to carry out your outward or return journey due to force majeure (e.g., road works, traffic diversions, severe weather, strikes, car breakdown, delays, etc.), no rights can be derived from this receipt. Any additional costs incurred for another taxi are at your own expense. We will, of course, try to find a suitable solution for you to pick you up, but if this does not work, you will in any case be refunded the money you had already paid for your journey.
