Book your taxi by phone
You can book your taxi in 2 ways, namely by phone or online via our website using our booking form "book your taxi". You can call daily between 12:00 and 24:00 and book your taxi. If you want to be picked up urgently or if you need your taxi within 24 hours, we recommend that you book your ride by phone. After you have booked your taxi online, you will receive your receipt by email.
Book your taxi online
If you book your taxi online, you can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You go to our page where you can easily book your taxi "book your taxi". After you have filled in your reservation completely, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email within 12 hours. Our booking form is not a webshop, so you cannot pay for your ride immediately. After we have received your reservation, we will check your booking to see if everything has been filled in correctly and whether we can carry out the ride.
You will only receive a confirmation of your reservation if you book your taxi online.
Create an account
You can book your taxi with or without an account. If you regularly book a taxi, it is wise to create an account so that you can book your taxi quickly and easily.
Book a single or return trip
You can book a single or return trip to the airport with us. If you normally take the train to the airport, but you have an early trip, it is a godsend to book a taxi with AAA Airport Taxi Services. You can easily book a single trip to the airport via our reservation form.
If you are going on holiday or on a business trip, you can always book a return trip. For a return trip, you will always receive a discount from AAA Airport Taxi Services. View the rates on our rates page.
Airport pick-up
If you have booked a single journey and you only want to be picked up from the airport, we will always meet you at a fixed agreed location at the airport so that you can be sure that you will be picked up by us on time.
If you have booked a return journey and want to be picked up for the return journey, you will always receive clear instructions on where the driver will be waiting for you. We have clearly described all our arrangements for airport pick-up for you. Go to Pick-up service to go through all the arrangements and instructions.
Special luggage or child seats
If you have special luggage, such as a surfboard, skis, pram, buggy, bicycle, foldable mobility scooter or rollator, you can indicate this when booking your taxi. There is a surcharge of at least €5 on all special luggage. If you make your reservation online, you will immediately see what the costs are for special luggage.
